User Rights manage user access to advanced premium services. For instance, some encrypted SatKiosk content and encrypted SatTV streams require user rights to manage decryption.
The User Rights pane of the settings dialog, gathers information about Security Tokens and Encrypted Services. It also enables user rights update if needed.
Some OPENSKY™ Services may not be suitable for young audiance. For this reason, a parental control is available to protect your children from such services.
Note 1: You will need to activate the parental control by specifying a four digit code if you want to use any adult service or content. Also, this code will be required everytime you try and access an adult service or content.
Note 2: You need to first establish a valid Internet connection to enable or change the parental control code.
Security Tokens displays the list of security devices on the computer. For instance, user rights can be stored on the computer hard disk, in an encrypted file as well as they can be stored on a Smart Card, avaible to OPENSKY™ through a Smart Card reader plugged onto the computer. In the Security Tokens list, can hence be displayed a hard disk based security device or a Smart Card security device.
A list of encrypted services is displayed in the table bellow when you select a specific Security Token from the list.
This table lists the services available on the selected Security Token (security device). Each encrypted service is displayed under four columns:

Updating user rights with OSWizardUser rights are automatically downloaded via satellite to the Security Tokens in order to update Encrypted Services. Nevertheless, it can be necessary to update rights manually.
If such an update is required, you will need to launch the OPENSKY™ Registration Wizard (OSWizard).
